Snow White, Top Speed, and Cranberry from Magical Girl Raising Project! The cast is huge and you could fill most of a month just with this series so I whittled down to the ones who either were my favorites or had my favorite designs (or both, hi Cranberry). The magical girl designs in this show are basically living Gaia avatars and I think the character designs do a great job of capturing that particular cute and over-the-top aesthetic.
