Release from the patreon vault: a spooky illustration! I based this on a photo I took of a dilapidated staircase leading nowhere. I am a SUCKER for vestigial architectural details like that, they always feel like I’m getting a glimpse of something lost and secret (this fascination of mine is of course huge news for folks who read Missing Monday, I’m sure) so I used that feeling as the basis for my illustration.
The little critter looks a little intimidating but I don’t think he’s malicious. I think he’s just keeping a watchful eye on things.
