I found these unused DIY ornaments in my frame collection when we were unpacking and I was excited to actually paint something to go inside them.
The oblong shape had me thinking of a locket or a cameo so I designed each painting with that kind of vibe in mind. The jackalope is so sweet but I am unreasonably proud of the two-part nessie. That suggestion came from @rachelannmillar and it worked out SO WELL.
