Continuing my way through earlier months with May’s bird. I was really excited by the composition of the photo (the bird landing lightly on the stump reminded me of a vintage porcelain!) so I chose to focus on those shapes first and foremost.
I really like the light greens of the plants growing on the stump vs the background, it really pleases me.
