Elle Skinner will be exhibiting at San Francisco Zine Fest 2015!
Where are you coming from?
SF, CA
Tell us about yourself!
I’m a local comic artist and I’ve been writing and drawing comics for the web since 2007. My current projects are Erstwhile, a collaborative adaptation of the Brother’s Grimm fairytales into comic form, and Missing Monday, a graphic novel about two girls in a long distance relationship across the universe.
What’s going to be on your table this year?
This year I’ll be displaying a self-published book of burlesque sketches, two hardcover collections of the fairytale comic anthology “Erstwhile”, zine style minicomics, and tiny original watercolor paintings!
What’s the most exciting thing (for you) about SFZF?
Seeing all the awesome artists and writers and crafts people who table there! Everybody has their own point of view and their own interests and I love getting to see that diversity.
SFZF2015 is on September 6, with 200+ zinesters and DIY creators! It’s free and great!
