Day 1 of #mermay2021 ! I’m using a flower prompt list from instagram to start the month off! First up: peony mermaid
Day 26: color swap! Swapping an apple and a snowy owl Day 28 of #aprilcolors: sunset colors!
Day 25: mixing gray out of other pigments (in this case, blue and yellow ochre and a touch of red)
Day 17: 3 color palette. Blue, sepia, and lilac Day 20: cross complimentary colors. Not a palette I usually work with but I like it!
Day 5: soft Day 6: using a large brush! It’s amazing the difference from switching up materials sometimes
