A Mystic and a Landstrider from Dark Crystal
I wanted the Mystic to be flowy and earthy looking. I simplified away some of the details in its design and let the paint do a lot of the talking for me, which I really like.
The Landstrider was just 100% a challenge. Fantasy creatures that aren’t cute blobs are hard for me! I enjoyed his little catfish face and his batwing arms.
