Look, I’m sure there were more appropriate matches I could have used for this gangster/gun moll pose trio, but I had the stray thought of “this is Minako and her two best girls, isn’t it” and that was it, I was done for.

The colors really popped here to a degree I absolutely was not expecting. I ended up using a red that really packs in the pigment and the contrast between the red and the more muted figures is really exciting to me (reminds me of some vintage anime art, but I can’t put my finger on what!)
